In the heart of the natural park of the Antrona valley and a few kilometers from Domodossola, treat yourself to a few days of relaxation in a place of enchantment and silence, the residence over the years of prestigious families, Christian monks, of the talented sculptor Giovan Pietro Vanni, from whom it takes its name the whole house and by local families who made it a peasant house.
You will experience a charming stay in an ancient residence that guarantees all contemporary comforts.
The five rooms, all with a unique story to tell, will take you back in time.

The Canva's Room

In the past used as a cellar, where preserves were stored throughout the year, Canva is located in the courtyard of the house.
Inside you will still find the original hooks on the ceiling, the stone walls and the stone floor that will bring you back to the simplicity and atmosphere of the past.

The Chimney's Room
Once the chimney's room was a meeting place for families. We warmed up, cooked, listened to the stories of grandparents and told tales to children around the fire.
There was the past, the present and the hope of the future.

The Distillery's Room
In this room we gathered at the end of the season to distil grappa, obtained from the marc, where with a lot of patience and a precise processing a distillate "La Grappa" was obtained.
For years the special stills have been kept here, where time will seem to slow down.

The Barn's Room
The Barn, on the second floor of the structure, is the room where hay and rye were once kept and was also used by farmers to rest during the long and tiring haymaking period.

The Laboratory of Maestro Giovan Pietro Vanni still preserves the artist's original frescoes.

On the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, there is the kitchen room, carefully renovated, in which you can admire the ancient architecture with an original and typical stone vault.
This place is the great added value of the structure, always open and available to guests, is equipped with dishes and appliances, can be used for the preparation and/ or consumption of meals.
It has a traditional oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, induction plates, two sinks and dishwasher.
You will find everything you need to taste coffee, tea or herbal teas, accompanied by dry biscuits and packaged croissants, for the duration of your stay.
